Welcome to Early Childhood family education (ECFE) - Where Families Learn and Grow Together!
Screening is an early look at a child's development and begins as early as age three. The state of Minnesota requires screening for every child before kindergarten entry into a public school. ISD 728 offers this service at no cost.
Community Education's EdVenture Club offers a variety of childcare options at schools within Independent School District 728.
Our HOPE program provides events, activities and classes designed specifically for adults with developmental disabilities.

Edv Club Summer provides Swimming Lessons for families at no additional cost!
This 3-week course is designed for football players—though it is open to all interested athletes—who will be entering 6th, 7th, or 8th grade next fall. Each session includes 45 minutes in the weight room, with an emphasis on proper lifting techniques, followed by 45 minutes focused on speed, agility, and football-specific skills.
Registration is based on the grade the student has just completed. Participants must be entering grades 6, 7, or 8 in the upcoming school year.
Marc Franz has been the head football coach at Rogers High School since the school opened. In addition to serving as head football coach, he is a math teacher at the school. Marc played college football for the St. Cloud State Huskies.
