Whether you're a seasoned air fryer user or considering your first purchase, this class is for you! Join Chef Tess for an elevated air fryer experience and explore new family-favorite party dishes, including her mouth-watering Copycat KFC®, from-scratch air fryer doughnuts, pizza, and burgers! Enjoy a fun, interactive, virtual cook-along class with tips that take the 'air fryer hype' to new heights!
On the Menu: Participants will be invited to join in the fun and create the Copycat KFC®, & air fryer yeasted glazed Doughnuts. The instructor will also demonstrate how to make her amazing air fryer pizza, burgers, and egg rolls! Tips for freezing the pizza, and egg rolls to stock your freezer will also be shared!
Equipment Needs:
The registration fee covers immediate family members living in the same household only. If children are participating, adult supervision is required.
Before the class, an email with the list of ingredients and class login details will be sent to allow for shopping and preparation. After the class, you will receive an email with all class recipes presented in a professionally produced printable packet.
Tess Georgakopoulos has been cooking since she was roughly six years old -- well over forty years. Born into a Greek family, the art of cooking traditional meals using one's senses rather than recipes and measurements was passed on from one generation to the next. Her father was a trained chef who brought the magic of food to life in another form as they cooked elaborate family meals together. Food prepared from the heart, with one's own hands and creativity, was, and continues to be, an expression of love in her home. As a skilled home-cook and baker, Tess enjoys creating original recipes for her family and friends. She has recently started writing her first cookbook, and has a food blog in the works.
