Yoga Sculpt combines the transformative elements of traditional yoga by adding in strength endurance training and cardiovascular exercise to give you an intense and incredibly rewarding experience. This class is designed to target and tone all major muscle groups and improve your aerobic endurance by moving quickly from one exercise to the next with little breaks in between. Challenge yourself physically and mentally as you gain muscle and release toxins with this high energy practice. Room is heated to 95 degrees using infrared heat.
