Swedish meatballs are a holiday tradition enjoyed by many families around the world. Have you ever wondered what Swedish meatballs are or how to make them? Have you ever enjoyed the perfect bowl of noodles and couldn't get enough? Create a memorable mouthwatering holiday meal with Tess as she guides you through making the most delicious Swedish meatballs, seasoned to perfection and bathed in a savory, velvety cream sauce. Then have the pleasure of serving them over your own hand-pulled noodles! Follow along as Tess guides you step-by-step through her recipes while sharing her secrets for making everything about this meal from scratch!

The registration fee covers immediate family members living in the same household only. If children are participating, adult supervision is required.

The week of class, you will receive an email with an ingredient and supply list, prep packet, and Zoom video conferencing link. A few days after the class, you will receive an additional email with the recipes used during the class.

Tess Georgakopoulos

Tess Georgakopoulos has been cooking since she was roughly six years old -- well over forty years. Born into a Greek family, the art of cooking traditional meals using one's senses rather than recipes and measurements was passed on from one generation to the next. Her father was a trained chef who brought the magic of food to life in another form as they cooked elaborate family meals together. Food prepared from the heart, with one's own hands and creativity, was, and continues to be, an expression of love in her home. As a skilled home-cook and baker, Tess enjoys creating original recipes for her family and friends. She has recently started writing her first cookbook, and has a food blog in the works.
