  • 3-Day Horse Camp | age 6-17

    Experience everyday life at a barn, including activities such as daily riding, grooming and caring for the horses (including bathing and feeding), and learning how to braid manes and tails with ribbon. Spend time outdoors and build lasting friendships with fellow horse lovers in a structured and positive environment. Campers will be grouped with others of similar riding experience. Riding takes about 1 hour per day in an arena (no trails) and consists of learning how to steer, stop, turn and walk/trot on their own. Wear long pants, closed-toed shoes (no flip-flops!), and appropriate clothes for weather inside and outside of the barn. Bring sunscreen, a hat, bug spray, a water bottle, snacks and a lunch each day. You can also bring treats for the horses if you want. Helmets are provided.   • AeroCode Academy | grades 2-8

    AeroCode Academy is the most exciting way to learn how to program! Using block-based programming tools to command your drone, you will sharpen your skills as you take to the skies. We'll start with guided tutorials, then implement our own custom programs. Form teams to battle your drones in fun and exciting challenges while you learn valuable 21st-century programming, teamwork, and collaboration skills.     Do you love books? Do you love to cook? Make your favorite stories come alive! Create edible treats from recipes based on favorites such as If You Give a Mouse a Cookie and Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs. We'll read the book as a class, then practice our cooking skills!     Are you someone who loves a good challenge? Are you a bit competitive? Do you like to be outside? Work together with friends to become the Community Education Summer Survivor Champions! Prepare with team bonding activities, compete in challenges together, and create your own survivor challenge that everyone will participate in. Will your team be the crowned champions? Please bring a nut-free snack and a beverage each day. We'll cook up some classic camping treats such as s'mores-inspired snacks and trail mix, and enjoy some camping-related creative activities.
  • Candy Bouquet Design | age 7-12

    Create a candy bouquet perfect for summer gift-giving! Design a personalized mug, then choose from a variety of candy and accessories to produce a unique bouquet to place in it. Each student will take home one candy bouquet with a card in a gift bag.
  • Creative Lunchbox Creations | age 7-13

    Transform your ordinary lunches into extraordinary culinary masterpieces! Explore the exciting world of crafting delicious and nutritious meals that look as good as they taste. This hands-on class will inspire your lunchtime creativity so you can become a chef in your own kitchen!
  • Drone Racing | grades 2-8

    Learn how to fly like the pros in the Drone Racing League by training on a flight simulator. Once you get the basics of flying, assemble your very own drone that you'll keep after the camp. After learning drone safety and maintenance, take your drone to the skies and compete in numerous races and challenges. Led by experienced instructors, you will leave camp with the skills and knowledge to pilot your drone and keep it running. Create dog toys, a blanket, some snackies, a portrait, a keychain and more to take home to your furry best friend. Your pet's participation will be needed (at home) one of the days to create a craft to commemorate your friendship. This hands-on cooking experience will enhance your understanding of culinary techniques while creating a delicious meal to share.
  • Horseback Riding Day Camp | grades K-12

    Learn what it's like to have a horse for a day! You'll get to ride in the indoor and/or outdoor arenas for 40-50 minutes (no trails), practice how to steer, stop, turn, and walk on your own. You might also make horse treats, create a craft project, or play games. And don't forget the time to feed and care for the horses, which is a big part of ownership! You'll be grouped with other campers based on similar riding experience. Proper attire includes close-toed shoes (no flip-flops!), long pants, and layers depending on weather. Bring sunscreen, a hat, bug spray, water bottle, a nut-free bag lunch, and snacks. You can also bring treats for the horses if you want. ASTM/SEI certified helmets provided. We’ll dream up awesome accessories to wear such as purses and necklaces, and sketch and design fancy shoes, clothes, and accessories just like real designers. Enjoy a little pampering as we glam up our nails and listen to music.     Let's get cookin'! Make a pizza crust from scratch for your own mini pizza and eat it during the class. Bake cupcakes and learn cake decorating techniques. You'll bring home six decorated cupcakes, an apron, and a chef hat!
  • Pot it Like it's Hot | age 5-11

    Come test out your green thumb! Work with all sorts of plants and plant creations to make your own fairy garden, grow a chia pet, decorate a bud vase, take some seed bombs home, and make some awesome dirt slime! It will surely be a plant-tastic time! Please bring a nut-free snack and a beverage each day.
