  • 3-Day Horse Camp | age 6-17

    Experience everyday life at a barn, including activities such as daily riding, grooming and caring for the horses (including bathing and feeding), and learning how to braid manes and tails with ribbon. Spend time outdoors and build lasting friendships with fellow horse lovers in a structured and positive environment. Campers will be grouped with others of similar riding experience. Riding takes about 1 hour per day in an arena (no trails) and consists of learning how to steer, stop, turn and walk/trot on their own. Wear long pants, closed-toed shoes (no flip-flops!), and appropriate clothes for weather inside and outside of the barn. Bring sunscreen, a hat, bug spray, a water bottle, snacks and a lunch each day. You can also bring treats for the horses if you want. Helmets are provided. After each story, head to the kitchen to create delicious recipes inspired by the book's theme. Learn from Twin Cities Chess Club instructors who have years of teaching experience. Competitive chess tournaments are scheduled once a year and students can play for real chess trophies!     Glow Up Lab: DIY Facemask & Body Scrub | Grades 5-8

    Learn how to mix up body scrubs and face masks to slay your skincare game! In this class, you'll make a lemon sugar scrub and a rose clay mask. Refresh your senses and care for your skin at the same time. You'll leave with two homemade, jarred self-care items to enjoy. Take home the recipes we create during class to make again later!
  • Horseback Riding Day Camp | age 6-15

    Learn what it's like to have a horse for a day! You'll get to ride in the indoor and/or outdoor arenas for 40-50 minutes (no trails), practice how to steer, stop, turn, and walk on your own. You might also make horse treats, create a craft project, or play games. And don't forget the time to feed and care for the horses, which is a big part of ownership!   • My Little Horse Camp | age 2-5 w/adult

    Campers will get to ride a real horse, meet and learn about the different horses at Boulder Pointe, and learn how to groom the horses -- all with a focus on safety! In addition, campers will create an art project and have an opportunity to make horse treats to feed their new four-legged friends! Stations are split into 15-minute intervals. Class fee includes parent and child, and parent/guardian is expected to remain with their camper during the entire duration of the camp. Proper attire includes sneakers or boots (closed toe and heel), long pants and layers depending on weather. Bring a water bottle. ASTM/SEI certified helmets provided.
