    Body Sculpt (formerly Barre) classes combine elements of barre, dance, yoga, and Pilates. Exercises are high intensity and low impact. Energizing music will carry you through the burn as you tone your legs and butt and strengthen your core. Balance and flexibility training are included in every session. Body Sculpt classes are a great way to improve posture, tone your legs and arms, and strengthen the stabilizing muscles around your joints.     Whether you want to be one of the best dancers at your special event or just have fun dancing together at home to add laughter and romance to your relationship, this course will teach you all the right moves! Taking steps from classic ballroom dances, you'll learn easy-to-remember mini-routines, danceable to all your favorite songs, including pop, blues, rock, country, and more! In this workshop, you will learn Janice Novak's famous ‘10 Minute Miracle Exercise’ series to strengthen lower body muscles quickly and, in the process, increase metabolism and bone density, decrease 2 inches off the saddlebag area in 2 weeks, trim inches off lower body by getting rid of excess water weight, breathing techniques to stimulate fat metabolism, and learn acupressure points for lymph circulation and drainage. If you don’t have time, money, or inclination to haul yourself to a gym, you will love these powerful and effective techniques.
