Mario & Friends – Cart Racing & STEAM Extravaganza | grades K-3

Youth | preK-grade 12 / Enrichment | Special Interest -
CE 2026 Summer

Buckle up and build your own mini Mario Kart—LEGO® style!
Jump into the fun, fast, and colorful world of Mario in this action-packed STEAM adventure! Campers will design, build, and customize high-speed LEGO® race cars inspired by fan favorites like Mario, Yoshi, and Princess Peach.

Bring the race to life by crafting clay characters to ride along, then level up your creations with wild engineering twists—cars that fly, zoom up to 300 mph (at scale!), or even run on solar power. Put your engineering skills to the test as you compete in our very own Mario Kart–inspired race car derby!

And the fun doesn’t stop there—campers will enjoy even more hands-on STEAM challenges, creativity, and friendly competition. Build it. Race it. Take it home. Let’s-a go!

Please pack a nut-free snack and a beverage for your child. Students registered for "Lunch Bunch" should bring a nut-free lunch and an additional beverage.

*** Registering for a morning and an afternoon class at the same location? Join the "Lunch Bunch!" Community Education will provide a supervised hour between classes for you to enjoy the lunch you brought from home, then will get you to your afternoon class. Lunches should be nut-free and should include a beverage. No resources are available for refrigeration or to heat lunches, so plan accordingly.

Parents/Guardians: Please answer "Yes" to the Lunch Bunch question when registering for the morning class. There is no charge, but we need to know who is staying with us for the hour. ***
