Homemade sweets and treats are always wonderful around the holidays and throughout the year as well. Add these three delicious treats to your holiday celebration as you learn to create freshly-baked cinnamon rolls, Basque burnt cheesecake, and velvety hot cocoa bombs. Make them for your family for a memorable holiday breakfast or wrap them up with a bow as a gift to those you hold dear.

After keeping her Copycat Cinnabon recipe a secret for MANY years, Tess has decided to share it with you in this class! As the cinnamon rolls are rising, learn how to make cocoa bombs to go with them. Then discover the deliciously different Basque burnt cheesecake with an exterior that resembles a creme brulee, while the interior has a lighter, more mousse-like consistency.

You will need a cocoa bomb silicone mold to create the cocoa bombs and an 8- or 9-inch springform pan for the cheesecake.

The registration fee covers immediate family members living in the same household only. If children are participating, adult supervision is required.

The week of class, you will receive an email with an ingredient and supply list, prep packet, and Zoom video conferencing link. A few days after the class, you will receive an additional email with the recipes used during the class.

Tess Georgakopoulos has been cooking since she was roughly six years old -- well over forty years. Born into a Greek family, the art of cooking traditional meals using one's senses rather than recipes and measurements was passed on from one generation to the next. Her father was a trained chef who brought the magic of food to life in another form as they cooked elaborate family meals together. Food prepared from the heart, with one's own hands and creativity, was, and continues to be, an expression of love in her home. As a skilled home-cook and baker, Tess enjoys creating original recipes for her family and friends. She has recently started writing her first cookbook, and has a food blog in the works.
