Use the space at one of our school buildings for an ultimate party experience! A convenient and easy way to celebrate! We provide the facility and general supplies, and if requested, activities and equipment.
No one will even care about the game with these touchdown-scoring snacks on the table! You will be the MVP of the party regardless of who wins! Learn to make soft pretzels with beer cheese dip and Italian meatball slider sandwiches from scratch! Everything from the dough for the pretzels and rolls to the beer cheese and meatballs will be made fresh! No store-bought rolls or frozen meatballs are used in the instructor's recipes. You'll serve crowd-pleasing goodness during the big game or any time of year!
Several days before class, you will receive an email with an ingredient and supply list, prep packet, and Zoom video conferencing link. A few days after the class, you will receive an additional email with the recipes used during the class.
The registration fee covers immediate family members living in the same household only. If children are participating, adult supervision is required.
Tess Georgakopoulos has been cooking since she was roughly six years old -- well over forty years. Born into a Greek family, the art of cooking traditional meals using one's senses rather than recipes and measurements was passed on from one generation to the next. Her father was a trained chef who brought the magic of food to life in another form as they cooked elaborate family meals together. Food prepared from the heart, with one's own hands and creativity, was, and continues to be, an expression of love in her home. As a skilled home-cook and baker, Tess enjoys creating original recipes for her family and friends. She has recently started writing her first cookbook, and has a food blog in the works.
