Write Your Own Health Care Directive and Power of Attorney

If you become incapacitated, who will carry out your wishes regarding your health care and personal financial affairs? By having a plan, you get to make your own choices. Learn about and draft a Health Care Directive and a Power of Attorney. You should be comfortable using a computer, as work will be completed in a computer lab. Some prep work is required.

You will receive an email with a questionnaire packet one week before class. Our instructor is an experienced estate planning, probate, and business law attorney.

Riley can also help manage the estates of people who have passed away. Riley takes the time to make sure clients understand the processes they are going through and the documents they are signing. Ensuring your needs and goals are met to the best of his abilities is Riley’s main objective.

During his free time, Riley likes to spend time outdoors, whether that is hiking, playing basketball with friends, or just enjoying the nice weather while it lasts.
