From Dough to Delights: Flatbread Pizza & Pizza Panini from Scratch!

Apart from cheese and toppings, homemade dough and sauce are the key ingredients used to create mouthwatering pizza! Known as the Pizza Master "Pizzaiolo" in her family and community, instructor Tess will help you learn the key ingredients used to make homemade dough and pizza sauce. If you are part of a pizza-loving family, this class is for you! During class, you will make the instructor's personal recipes for two different homemade doughs -- flatbread pizza dough and panini roll dough. You can personalize your flatbread and panini pizza with toppings and fillings of your choosing. 

The registration fee covers immediate family members living in the same household only. If children are participating, adult supervision is required.

The week of class, you will receive an email with the ingredient and supply list, prep packet, and Zoom video conferencing link. A few days after the class, you will receive an additional email with the recipes used during the class.

Tess Georgakopoulos

Tess Georgakopoulos has been cooking since she was roughly six years old -- well over forty years. Born into a Greek family, the art of cooking traditional meals using one's senses rather than recipes and measurements was passed on from one generation to the next. Her father was a trained chef who brought the magic of food to life in another form as they cooked elaborate family meals together. Food prepared from the heart, with one's own hands and creativity, was, and continues to be, an expression of love in her home. As a skilled home-cook and baker, Tess enjoys creating original recipes for her family and friends. She has recently started writing her first cookbook, and has a food blog in the works.
