Yoga Vinyasa flow is a mixture of meditation, breathwork, and energizing movement. We begin with gentle movement to warm up the body, then flow into more challenging sequences, including standing poses and balances. InSPIRE Studio is located in the lower level of the same building as Collyard Chiropractic. If you are using GPS, use the address "815 US-10" instead of the business name.
