Rod Holt


Rod Holt holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from University of Lethbridge, a Master of Education in Leadership, and is currently completing a Doctorate of Education in Higher Education Leadership from Aspen University. He is the Associate VP of Academic Entrepreneurship at Red Deer Polytechnic in Alberta, Canada, and has worked across a variety of industries. He is passionate about innovation, entrepreneurship, learning, and the experience that comes from failure.

Sally Klauss


Sally Klauss has an extensive background in management, employee training and development, total quality management, and business management. She is also a leadership coach specializing in management development. She teaches at Riverside Community College, Riverside, California.
