William Draves


William A. Draves has been working from home since 1998. He manages a staff who live and work in six states, from Rhode Island to Oregon. He created a new system for supervising remote workers based on outcomes and results, which he and his staff have been using for over 20 years. He and his associate created one of the first virtual offices in the country, and his staff gathers almost daily for both work and social interaction.
