Each generation has different expectations and styles of work in the workplace. Explore the characteristics of Boomers, Gen Xers and Gen Yers, their motivations and what messages they value. Then identify practical how-to tips and techniques for managing them. 

This class is included in the Management Certificate course.

Kassia Dellabough


Kassia Dellabough has over thirty years of teaching experience, from preschool to university level. She has written on the subject of generational learning styles and speaks on it throughout the United States and Canada. She considers generational differences an important facet of diversity.

William Draves


William A Draves has been in management and leadership positions in a variety of work and volunteer situations. He has taught online for over twenty years, including teaching at the graduate level. With a particular interest in mentoring young people, he teaches a variety of leadership courses.
