Jena is a dedicated recreation instructor focusing on Social-Emotional Learning (SEL) in childhood development. With nearly 10 years experience, she emphasizes holistic growth, physical activity, emotional intelligence, empathy, and social skills. Her programs promote physical development, teamwork, perseverance, and self-confidence, while fostering healthy lifestyle habits. Miss Jena celebrates achievements big and small, building self-esteem and motivating children towards continuous improvement.
