All aspects of Skyhawks volleyball are taught through drills and exercises that focus on bumping, setting, hitting, and serving. This co-ed program is designed for beginning and intermediate players. Skyhawks staff will assist campers in developing fundamental skills through game-speed drills and scrimmages. Please bring appropriate athletic wear and a water bottle. *** Registering for a morning and an afternoon class at the same location? Join the "Lunch Bunch!" Community Education will provide a supervised hour between classes for you to enjoy the lunch you brought from home, then will get you to your afternoon class. Lunches should be nut-free and should include a beverage. No resources are available for refrigeration or to heat lunches, so plan accordingly. Parents/Guardians: Please answer "Yes" to the Lunch Bunch question when registering for the morning class. There is no charge, but we need to know who is staying with us for the hour. ***

Flag football allows you to have a well-rounded football experience in a safe, little-to-no-contact environment. Led by DASH Sports' staff, you'll learn the game's key elements of passing, catching, rushing, and defense, complete challenges in a fun, positive environment, and explore the teamwork values of ‘Respect, Hustle, and Pride.' We'll celebrate our new skills with a scrimmage on the final day. Athletes should bring a water bottle, sunscreen, and a nut-free snack. Spikes/cleats and mouthguards are optional.
