Learn the unspoken secrets that leaders know and the strategies they employ/exhibit for influencing others. Leadership skills are acquired and learned. The action takes place in attending meetings, running meetings, interacting with others 1:1, and employing successful techniques to convince and influence others. You can become a leader if you know the do's and don'ts, what to say, what not to say, what to do, and what not to do.
This course is included in the Certificate in Leadership Development course.
William A. Draves has been in management and leadership positions in a variety of work and volunteer situations. He has taught online for over twenty years, including teaching at the graduate level. He teaches a variety of leadership courses.
