The basic information in this online course will assist you in learning the beginnings of Project Management, whether you are interested in a project management field or for use in your current line of work. Examine what a process is and how to initiate a process group. Develop a planning strategy and how to plan for desired project objectives. Come away with a solid foundation of the five processes to use in any employment arena.
This course is included in the Certificate in Project Management course.

He has worked in government, gaming, education, and finance, and currently teaches Project Management, Marketing, Information Technology, and Business Management programs. He has a BA degree in Information Technology and an MBA with Information Technology specialization.
