This 7-week course is designed for the competitive high school athlete. Participants will spend one hour in the weight room doing total body workouts, and one hour working on speed, agility, and/or sport-specific skills.
Registration is based on the grade the student has just completed.
Marc Franz has been the head football coach at Rogers High School since the school opened. In addition to serving as head football coach, he is a math teacher at the school. Marc played college football for the St. Cloud State Huskies.
