DASH Sports' Track & Field Tykes camps provide a basic introduction to track and field events. Participants will learn and practice how to correctly run, jump, and throw. Emphasis is on technique and proper form. This camp will consist of many different types of physical activities, drills, and games, all tailored specifically to enhance overall athletic ability and performance. Campers should bring a water bottle and wear athletic shoes.
DASH Sports is dedicated to the development and training of youth in sports and partners with Community Education to offer a range of programs tailored for children aged 2 to 14. Their overarching goal is to provide communities and families with organized, structured, and enjoyable skill-focused sports initiatives for kids. The leadership of DASH Sports is comprised of individuals who are deeply passionate about youth sports development, boasting an impressive cumulative coaching experience exceeding 20,000 hours.
