ISD 728 Community Education

Discover the secret to becoming a well-rounded athlete! Led by DASH Sports staff, this camp provides an overall athleticism-building experience and includes speed training, agility, endurance, body control/balance, quickness, strength, power, and jumping. Each day consists of a variety of physical activities, drills, and games, all tailored specifically to enhance overall athletic performance. Campers should wear sunscreen, athletic shoes and appropriate clothing, and bring a water bottle and a nut-free snack. *** Registering for a morning and an afternoon class at the same location? Join the "Lunch Bunch!" Community Education will provide a supervised hour between classes for you to enjoy the lunch you brought from home, then will get you to your afternoon class. Lunches should be nut-free and should include a beverage. No resources are available for refrigeration or to heat lunches, so plan accordingly.  Parents/Guardians: Please answer "Yes" to the Lunch Bunch question when registering for the morning class. There is no charge, but we need to know who is staying with us for the hour. ***

This class is for the pickleballer who has taken a beginner class and is ready to take their game to the next level. Improve your skills and meet new people of similar abilities. We'll start with a warm-up, then get things rolling with fun drills, games, and competition. No need to bring a partner -- everyone will rotate around. Please wear appropriate shoes and clothing, and bring a paddle and water bottle.
