Take your SQL query skills to a new level by learning how to write more advanced SQL queries for enhanced decision making. You will learn how to write advanced subqueries, advanced join queries, and UNION queries that query more than one table. You will learn how to use transaction processing to ensure SQL statements execute completely, or not at all, and how to create stored procedures that enable you to store SQL statements for execution.Students should have a competency in the Introductory and Intermediate levels of SQL.Requirements: - Windows 10 or later. Macs are not compatible.- Necessary rights (local administrative rights) to install programs on the computer.This course is included in the SQL Certificate course.
Prerequisite: Introduction to SQL and Intermediate SQL
Dr. Cecelia Allison is a course developer, published author, technical writer, and an online professor with more than 20 years of hands-on experience using and teaching SQL. She has taught over 90,000 students SQL worldwide. Through her past employment as a technical specialist, software tester, and teaching SQL, she has gained extensive experience in writing and implementing SQL. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance, a Master of Science in Information Systems, and a Doctor of Business Administration in Management Information Systems.
