Welcome to Early Childhood family education (ECFE) - Where Families Learn and Grow Together!
Screening is an early look at a child's development and begins as early as age three. The state of Minnesota requires screening for every child before kindergarten entry into a public school. ISD 728 offers this service at no cost.

Our HOPE program provides events, activities and classes designed specifically for adults with developmental disabilities.

This course provides practical insights into the knowledge, skills, and traits needed to become a successful entrepreneur. By the end of this course, you will be able to identify the abilities required of successful business owners, set goals to guide your venture, create a structured business plan outline, and take home actionable strategies to manage and grow your new business.
This course is included in the Entrepreneurship Certificate course.
Conrad Brian Law, COI is an award winning speaker, author, motivational coach and entrepreneur. He is the CEO of Knowledge Learning Solutions LLC, a management consulting firm. He has presented nationally on such topics as entrepreneurship, technology, career advancement, diversity and finances. Conrad is MOODLE Teacher Certified (MTC), A+ certified, and a Certified Online Instructor (COI). He is also an MBA candidate at the University of Maryland, University College.
