2025-2026 CE School Year

Respectful communication in the workplace encourages a cohesive collaborative environment, prevents inefficiencies, and ensures the right information gets to the right person at the right time. Explore how communication differs across cultures, how to create a foundational relationship that supports difficult conversations, what to do if conversations become uncomfortable, and how nonverbal communication and body language can differ between cultures.

This course is included in the Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion in the Workplace course.
