Financial Analysis and Planning for Non-Financial Managers

Adult / Professional Development -
2025-2026 CE School Year

With the demands of daily operations, it’s easy for non-financial managers to set financial reports aside. But even the most admired companies—Apple, Google, Berkshire Hathaway—owe their success not just to innovation and culture, but to profitability. Money matters, even if you're not in finance.

This course is designed for non-financial managers, business owners, entrepreneurs, and decision-makers who want to better understand the financial side of their organization. You’ll gain clarity on the financial concepts that drive your business and learn to interpret key reports with confidence.

Through hands-on analysis and real-world examples, you’ll discover how financial information can guide smarter budgeting, goal setting, and performance evaluation within your area of responsibility. By the end, you'll not only understand the numbers — you’ll know how to use them to influence success.

This course is included in the Certificate in Accounting and Finance for Non-Financial Managers course.
