Analyze the four styles used in the DiSC Profile -- Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance -- and create action plans for communicating with someone from each. Course fee includes your own DiSC Behavioral Personality Profile assessment and review.

Sally Klauss has an extensive background in management, employee training and development, total quality management, and business management. She is also a leadership coach specializing in management development. She teaches at Riverside Community College, Riverside, California.
