Community Education's EdVenture Club offers a variety of childcare options at schools within Independent School District 728.

Our HOPE program provides events, activities and classes designed specifically for adults with developmental disabilities.

Use the space at one of our school buildings for an ultimate party experience! A convenient and easy way to celebrate! We provide the facility and general supplies, and if requested, activities and equipment.
Edv Club Summer provides Swimming Lessons for families at no additional cost!
Experience the ultimate in skiing, snowboarding and racing instruction from beginners to experts! At seven local snowsports areas, our top-quality adult instructors will teach you how to improve your skiing or boarding on groomed runs and terrain parks! You provide your own food and gear (season-long discounts and rentals are available), we provide the rest!
Ages: 8-18, Grades: 2-12
Time: 7:30am – 5:30pm (approx)
Dates: Saturdays or Sundays – 11 weeks, December – February, plus 3 BONUS trips
Bus pick-up locations: Target in Otsego (87th St NE, Otsego) Saturdays and now a NEW SUNDAY BUS STOP!
PROGRAMS
SuperMites (2nd - 3rd grade) $700* Make new friends with the same two instructors and small group of eight friends all day long. Learn more and more skills to conquer the hill!
SuperKyds (4th - 5th grade) $700* Make new friends with the same instructor and small group of eight friends all day long. Develop skills at your own level and master bumps, jumps and carving turns!
Classic (5th - 12th grade) $575* Explore cool trails and terrain parks with experienced instructors during 4.5 hours of instruction with plenty of time to free ski or ride too! ALL levels – beginner to advanced.
Additional Teen ONLY trips!
Teen Sampler Program (7th - 12th grade) $325* Can’t commit to an entire season or have always wanted to learn how to ski or snowboard? This program is for you! 4.5 hours of instruction each trip. First 3 Saturdays OR Sundays in December.
Team Blizzard (5th - 12th grade) $700* Ski Racing Team instruction only. Intermediate to expert skiers, stir up some friendly competition as you learn strategies and tactics for racing. Sharpen your skills as you prepare to go head-to-head against racers. A great way for high school racers to get an edge on the competition and recreational racers to improve and have fun!
Apprentice Program (9th -12th grade) $700* Have a passion for skiing or boarding, or ever thought about teaching? This is the program for you. Blizzard will provide you with the tools to be a successful instructor upon program completion.
Parent Program – 6 Saturdays or Sundays in Dec/Jan, $500* Don’t let you kids have all the fun! Never been on skis or a snowboard, or it has been more than a few years? We can get you back out on the slopes. Small groups with adult instructors. *Weekly Trip Fees: You will be contacted prior to the trip each week for your reservation. Using our flexible pay-as-you-go trip fee structure, you pay a weekly trip fee of about $98 to cover round trip bus transportation and lift ticket. If you can’t attend that week, you don’t owe anything!
