Adult / Finance -
2025-2026 CE School Year

WILLs tend to be over-sold, incorrectly utilized, and utterly misunderstood. For the sake of one’s estate, executor, and heirs, it’s finally time to learn what a WILL does, and what a WILL doesn’t do. PROBATE is a legal process where specific county rules and timelines are applied to help settle the estate of a deceased individual when all they had was a WILL (or no estate plan at all). Probate is typically a costly, time-consuming, and frustrating process for clients, children, and heirs -- and it can ALL be avoided! Find out how.

This 90-minute workshop includes plenty of time for questions and answers.
