Leadership Principles

Adult / Professional Development -
2025-2026 CE School Year

Designed specifically for Generation Y (born 1980–1999), this course is the first in a three-part series focused on developing Gen Y leadership skills. Learn what it takes to become an effective leader by identifying your personal leadership style and exploring essential leadership practices such as task completion, building strong relationships with team members, staying perceptive to workplace changes, using emotions constructively, and setting and pursuing challenging goals.

You will also engage in a case study analysis of real workplace conflicts requiring effective leadership, giving you the opportunity to apply the leadership traits you uncover during the course.

This course is included in the Certificate in Leadership Development course.
