Welcome to Early Childhood family education (ECFE) - Where Families Learn and Grow Together!
Screening is an early look at a child's development and begins as early as age three. The state of Minnesota requires screening for every child before kindergarten entry into a public school. ISD 728 offers this service at no cost.

Our HOPE program provides events, activities and classes designed specifically for adults with developmental disabilities.

This course provides the essential skills for accurate payroll processing, focusing on key calculation and deduction methodologies.
You will gain a thorough understanding of payroll mathematics and concepts, including earnings calculation (gross and net pay), mastering mandatory and voluntary deductions, and calculating employee tax withholdings and employer payroll taxes.
Upon completion, you will possess the foundational ability to manage the critical calculation aspects of any payroll system.
This course is included in the Mastering Payroll Certificate.
Sharon deFonteny has a degree in Business Education with a concentration in Accounting and spent many years in Corporate America working in Accounting and Finance. For the past 5 years, she has created and taught online Business courses for Bucks County Community College. Her experience in business, as well as experience in teaching, has allowed her to help people understand the Accounting and Finance process.
