Welcome to Early Childhood family education (ECFE) - Where Families Learn and Grow Together!
Screening is an early look at a child's development and begins as early as age three. The state of Minnesota requires screening for every child before kindergarten entry into a public school. ISD 728 offers this service at no cost.

Our HOPE program provides events, activities and classes designed specifically for adults with developmental disabilities.

You will gain practical expertise in critical administrative tasks such as tax filings, payroll register management, and preparing the journal entry for payroll.
Additionally, the course also explores the strategic benefits of external management, providing you with knowledge about payroll service companies and the various benefits of outsourcing your payroll needs.
This course is included in the Mastering Payroll Certificate.
Sharon deFonteny has a degree in Business Education with a concentration in Accounting and spent many years in Corporate America working in Accounting and Finance. For the past 5 years, she has created and taught online Business courses for Bucks County Community College. Her experience in business, as well as experience in teaching, has allowed her to help people understand the Accounting and Finance process.
