Screening is an early look at a child's development and begins as early as age three. The state of Minnesota requires screening for every child before kindergarten entry into a public school. ISD 728 offers this service at no cost.
Community Education's EdVenture Club offers a variety of childcare options at schools within Independent School District 728.
Our HOPE program provides events, activities and classes designed specifically for adults with developmental disabilities.

Take your basketball skills up a notch with Skyhawks Basketball! Perfect for players with some experience or no experience at all. This program focuses on developing stronger fundamentals — dribbling, shooting, passing, and defense — while introducing offensive and defensive strategies. Through skill-focused drills, scrimmages, and team play, athletes improve confidence, court awareness, and decision-making. With an emphasis on teamwork, sportsmanship, and respect, players not only grow as athletes but also build life skills that last beyond the game.
Skyhawks Sports started as a regional soccer program focused in the Pacific Northwest in 1979. Their camps emphasize critical lessons in life, such as sportsmanship, teamwork, and winning and losing with grace. Coaches and site directors will make every effort to ensure that your child has the best on-field/court experience in a safe and supportive atmosphere.
