Welcome to Early Childhood family education (ECFE) - Where Families Learn and Grow Together!
Screening is an early look at a child's development and begins as early as age three. The state of Minnesota requires screening for every child before kindergarten entry into a public school. ISD 728 offers this service at no cost.
Community Education's EdVenture Club offers a variety of childcare options at schools within Independent School District 728.
Our HOPE program provides events, activities and classes designed specifically for adults with developmental disabilities.

Edv Club Summer provides Swimming Lessons for families at no additional cost!
In this introductory course, you will learn how to style web pages using Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) coding language. Topics include using inline, internal, and external CSS, web typography, formatting text, working with web colors, using Google fonts, working with id and class selectors. You’ll also learn to style page elements, create layouts, and understand the CSS box model to build visually appealing, well-structured web pages.
This course is included in the Coding Certificate course.
Andy Helmi is a multidisciplinary graphic and web designer, technical consultant, and online marketing specialist based in Vancouver, BC, Canada. His diverse educational background spans over a decade of academic training in electronic and computer engineering, graphic and web design, music, typography, and digital photography. Andy began his career in digital media in 1996. Since then, he has worked with several companies and has continuously operated his own freelance design business. A passionate educator, Andy is an Adobe Certified Instructor and holds a BC Instructional Skills certification. He has designed and delivered courses and programs for a range of institutions, including the Vancouver School Board, Vancouver Community College, Langara College, Vancouver College of Art and Design, and Kwantlen Polytechnic University.
