Welcome to Early Childhood family education (ECFE) - Where Families Learn and Grow Together!
Screening is an early look at a child's development and begins as early as age three. The state of Minnesota requires screening for every child before kindergarten entry into a public school. ISD 728 offers this service at no cost.
Community Education's EdVenture Club offers a variety of childcare options at schools within Independent School District 728.
Our HOPE program provides events, activities and classes designed specifically for adults with developmental disabilities.
On-site childcare for children of program participants.

Use the space at one of our school buildings for an ultimate party experience! A convenient and easy way to celebrate! We provide the facility and general supplies, and if requested, activities and equipment.

Nonprofits comprise the third-largest workforce in the United States, yet nonprofit bookkeeping differs significantly from business accounting. This course provides essential skills for managing financial processes unique to nonprofit organizations. Participants will explore fund accounting, learn to record transactions with attention to incoming and allocated funds, and gain proficiency in preparing financial statements, including cash flow statements, tailored for nonprofit operations.Registering for this course will automatically enroll you in the three required courses: Introduction to Nonprofits, Accounting for Nonprofits, and Financial Statements.
Sharon deFonteny has a degree in Business Education with a concentration in Accounting and spent many years in Corporate America working in Accounting and Finance. For the past 5 years, she has created and taught online Business courses for Bucks County Community College. Her experience in business, as well as experience in teaching, has allowed her to help people understand the Accounting and Finance process.
