Intermediate Six Sigma Green Belt

Adult / Professional Development -
CE 2026 Summer

Successful organizations make decisions based on facts—not assumptions. That’s why performance measurement and analysis are essential to driving improvement.

This Intermediate Six Sigma Green Belt course builds on the foundational concepts introduced in the Introduction to Six Sigma Green Belt course. Designed for those actively involved in Six Sigma projects and improvement teams, this course dives deeper into the tools and methods used to drive measurable results.

Participants will learn to:

  • Conduct process analysis
  • Develop effective data collection plans
  • Perform data analysis and interpret results accurately
  • Apply concepts of probability and statistical validity
  • Use hypothesis testing to confirm improvements

Many learners consider this the most challenging—but also the most rewarding—course in the certification program, as it develops the technical skills needed to lead meaningful process improvements with confidence.

This course is included in the Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate course.
