We’ll practice running, throwing, catching, teamwork, and good sportsmanship in a supportive and encouraging environment.
Each session builds toward a special Game Day experience, where athletes can show off their new skills while having a blast with friends. Whether it’s their first time playing or they already love the sport, this class is all about learning, confidence, and FUN!
Participants should wear appropriate athletic attire and bring a water bottle. All other equipment will be provided. Rubber cleats are permitted for outdoor classes only and may not be worn on gym floors.
