Welcome to Early Childhood family education (ECFE) - Where Families Learn and Grow Together!
Screening is an early look at a child's development and begins as early as age three. The state of Minnesota requires screening for every child before kindergarten entry into a public school. ISD 728 offers this service at no cost.
Community Education's EdVenture Club offers a variety of childcare options at schools within Independent School District 728.
Our HOPE program provides events, activities and classes designed specifically for adults with developmental disabilities.
On-site childcare for children of program participants.

Use the space at one of our school buildings for an ultimate party experience! A convenient and easy way to celebrate! We provide the facility and general supplies, and if requested, activities and equipment.

Get ready to run, pass, and score big at the DASH Sports officially licensed NFL Flag Football Camp! This action-packed camp gives players an awesome football experience in a safe, low-contact environment where everyone can play hard and have fun. Athletes will learn and practice the fundamentals of passing, catching, rushing, and defense through exciting drills and games each day. Players will be grouped by skill level and challenged at an appropriate level in a fun, positive environment—all while building confidence, teamwork, and the core values of Respect, Hustle, and Pride. Camp wraps up with scrimmages and games on the final day so players can show off their skills like real pros!
Want to look the part? Players can add an official NFL Flag jersey and flag belt to keep for $30. Players that add the jersey and belts will choose their favorite NFL team at the time of registration. If purchasing a jersey, please choose the payment options that include "+ NFL Customized Jersey".
Please bring a water bottle and a snack. Cleats/spikes and mouthguards are optional. All other equipment is provided—just bring your energy and get ready for football fun!
*** Registering for a morning and an afternoon class at the same location? Join the "Lunch Bunch!" Community Education will provide a supervised hour between classes for you to enjoy the lunch you brought from home, then will get you to your afternoon class. Lunches should be nut-free and should include a beverage. No resources are available for refrigeration or to heat lunches, so plan accordingly.
Parents/Guardians: Please answer "Yes" to the Lunch Bunch question when registering for the morning class. There is no charge, but we need to know who is staying with us for the hour. ***
DASH Sports is dedicated to the development and training of youth in sports and partners with Community Education to offer a range of programs tailored for children aged 2 to 14. Their overarching goal is to provide communities and families with organized, structured, and enjoyable skill-focused sports initiatives for kids. The leadership of DASH Sports is comprised of individuals who are deeply passionate about youth sports development, boasting an impressive cumulative coaching experience exceeding 20,000 hours.
