Screening is an early look at a child's development and begins as early as age three. The state of Minnesota requires screening for every child before kindergarten entry into a public school. ISD 728 offers this service at no cost.
Community Education's EdVenture Club offers a variety of childcare options at schools within Independent School District 728.
Our HOPE program provides events, activities and classes designed specifically for adults with developmental disabilities.

Turn your love of gaming into an on-screen (and on-mic) talent! In YouTube Creator & Shoutcasting, students will step into the world of esports media by planning highlight reels, recording their own voice-overs, and practicing shoutcasting—the art of delivering hype-filled, crystal-clear game commentary. Along the way, they’ll learn pacing, energy, and clarity while also covering essential “safe streaming” practices to keep their online presence positive and protected. The camp wraps up with a polished final project blending gameplay clips, graphics, and live commentary—giving students the tools and confidence to create content like their favorite streamers and esports casters.
*** Registering for a morning and an afternoon class at the same location? Join the "Lunch Bunch!" Community Education will provide a supervised hour between classes for you to enjoy the lunch you brought from home, then will get you to your afternoon class. Lunches should be nut-free and should include a beverage. No resources are available for refrigeration or to heat lunches, so plan accordingly.
Parents/Guardians: Please answer "Yes" to the Lunch Bunch question when registering for the morning class. There is no charge, but we need to know who is staying with us for the hour. ***
COR Robotics is dedicated to cultivating the intellectual and creative potential of students by organizing summer robotics camps in collaboration with FIRST Robotics teams. Established in March 2017, COR Robotics has successfully conducted numerous STEM camps across the upper Midwest. Based in Sartell, MN, this organization is committed to fostering a passion for science, technology, engineering, and mathematics in the next generation.
