Welcome to Early Childhood family education (ECFE) - Where Families Learn and Grow Together!
Screening is an early look at a child's development and begins as early as age three. The state of Minnesota requires screening for every child before kindergarten entry into a public school. ISD 728 offers this service at no cost.
Community Education's EdVenture Club offers a variety of childcare options at schools within Independent School District 728.
Our HOPE program provides events, activities and classes designed specifically for adults with developmental disabilities.

Use the space at one of our school buildings for an ultimate party experience! A convenient and easy way to celebrate! We provide the facility and general supplies, and if requested, activities and equipment.
Edv Club Summer provides Swimming Lessons for families at no additional cost!
Bring the beauty of nature indoors, without the watering! This "Desert Bloom" kit is a 3D wooden project designed for crafters who love modern, botanical decor. The kit features a sleek geometric terrarium frame and multiple layers of intricate succulents that create a beautiful shadowbox effect. What makes this kit special is the layer-by-layer assembly. You can paint each succulent leaf and petal individually, allowing for shading and highlights that make the plants come to life. Once finished, the pieces are stacked and secured within the diamond-shaped frame. This all-in-one kit comes fully loaded with every supply you need to complete the project from start to finish.
Kits will be available for pick-up beginning June 1st at Handke Center, 1170 Main Street, Elk River, Monday-Friday, 8:30am-4:00pm. If you are unable to pick up during that time, or would prefer a Rogers pickup location, please email communityed@isd728.org to make other arrangements.
