Screening is an early look at a child's development and begins as early as age three. The state of Minnesota requires screening for every child before kindergarten entry into a public school. ISD 728 offers this service at no cost.

Our HOPE program provides events, activities and classes designed specifically for adults with developmental disabilities.

In this course, you’ll analyze the four styles of the DiSC Profile—Dominance, Influence, Steadiness, and Compliance—and develop action plans for communicating successfully with each type.

William A. Draves, CAE, is a chief executive officer of his organization, a Certified Association Executive, leader in his field, and acclaimed futurist. In 2000 he and his colleague, Julie Coates, laid out nine shifts that would happen by 2020, in their book Nine Shift: Work, life and education in the 21st Century.The BBC flew their global business reporter from China to his home to interview him for a half-hour program that aired worldwide to millions. Draves has been in management and leadership positions in a variety of work and volunteer situations. He has taught online for over twenty years, including teaching at the graduate level. Rod Holt holds a Bachelor's Degree in Finance from University of Lethbridge, a Master of Education in Leadership, and is currently completing a Doctorate of Education in Higher Education Leadership from Aspen University. He is the Associate VP of Academic Entrepreneurship at Red Deer Polytechnic in Alberta, Canada, and has worked across a variety of industries. He is passionate about innovation, entrepreneurship, learning, and the experience that comes from failure.
Sally Klauss, MBA, CPCC, has an extensive background in management, employee training and development, total quality management and business management. She is also a leadership coach specializing in management development. Klauss is a popular online instructor, teaching several other courses as well.
