Group Hypnosis: Weight Loss or Stop Smoking

Did you know there are alternative approaches to support weight loss without relying on diet pills or extreme dieting? Group hypnosis uses guided suggestions to encourage healthier eating habits and help you manage portions in a way that supports your goals and maintain your desired weight.

Do you have the desire, but not the willpower, to stop smoking? Through guided imagery and relaxation techniques, hypnosis can help reduce cravings and support your journey toward becoming smoke-free—often with little, if any, withdrawal symptoms or cravings. Find your way out of the smoky haze!

Class Schedule:

  • 5:45 pm: Check-in
  • 6:00 pm: Introduction for both smoking and weight loss participants (all must attend)
  • 7:00–7:45 pm: Weight loss hypnosis (smoking participants will have a break)
  • 7:50–8:45 pm: Smoking hypnosis

Please bring a blanket and pillow for comfort. Participants are welcome to sit or lie down during the hypnosis portion of the class.

Dr. Mary Fischer is a certified hypnotherapist who has 30 years of experience teaching hypnosis classes in over 60 Community Education programs and major companies. She holds 6 certifications in hypnosis!
