Body Sculpt (formerly Barre) classes combine elements of barre, dance, yoga, and Pilates. Exercises are high intensity and low impact. Energizing music will carry you through the burn as you tone your legs and butt and strengthen your core. Balance and flexibility training are included in every session. Body Sculpt classes are a great way to improve posture, tone your legs and arms, and strengthen the stabilizing muscles around your joints.
