The ten knowledge areas covered in this online course support the five Project Management Processes. Explore project integration, scope, time, cost, quality, human resources, communications, risk, procurement, and stakeholder management and see how each area fits in to produce a successful project.
This course is included in the Certificate of Project Management course.
Gail Singleton holds a Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration degree with a concentration in International Business. She is currently a Project Engineering Manager, and has worked in aerospace, oil and gas, and chemical industries. Gal enjoys training new employees, and believes that awareness of the basic foundation of project management can assist anyone's career in any field.
