In the third course of the certificate series, you will master what you need to know and document your achievement. Explore current trends in managing remote work. Review materials from the first two courses, have weekly one-to-one communication with your instructor, and create a plan for your next level of managing remote work. Your final projects include writing a 750- to 1000-word paper and taking the Remote Work Manager exam.
This course is included in the Certified Remote Work Manager course.
William A. Draves has been working from home since 1998. He manages a staff who live and work in six states, from Rhode Island to Oregon. He created a new system for supervising remote workers based on outcomes and results, which he and his staff have been using for over 20 years. He and his associate created one of the first virtual offices in the country, and his staff gathers almost daily for both work and social interaction.
