Welcome to Early Childhood family education (ECFE) - Where Families Learn and Grow Together!
Screening is an early look at a child's development and begins as early as age three. The state of Minnesota requires screening for every child before kindergarten entry into a public school. ISD 728 offers this service at no cost.
Community Education's EdVenture Club offers a variety of childcare options at schools within Independent School District 728.

Our HOPE program provides events, activities and classes designed specifically for adults with developmental disabilities.

Explore Woodland Trail, located in Elk River! We will meet at this fabulous local park and experience how to support your child's interest in the outdoors. This class will start with a grounding circle time, then head out onto the trail to explore. We will meet rain or shine!
