Package #4: Party in the Pool | $159

Please note:
- Party in the Pool Party packages are only available at VandenBerge MS in Elk River
- Party in the Pool times are only available on Sundays; times are limited and will discussed during your planning phone conversation with Community Education after your application is received
- 2-hour cafeteria and access to the pool at VandenBerge MS
- Includes lifeguard on deck during pool use

Reservation Procedures:
- Click Here to fill out a reservation form at least 3 weeks in advance of planned party date.
- Someone from the Community Education office will contact you to make/confirm the arrangements and collect payment.
- Once the party is approved by Community Education staff, a confirmation will be sent by email.
- If your party request is unavailable, you will be contacted by Community Education to consider another time, date or location.
General Information
- All party packages are for 2 hours and can accommodate up to 10 children (adults not included in attendance count).
- At lease one adult must be present during the entire event and is expected to supervise children.
- Parent/guardian is responsible for bringing their own food, beverages and serving utensils.
- Table cloths, plates, napkins, silverware and banner can be selected from the list at the bottom of this form and are included in the party package fee.
- No latex balloons are allowed in any school buildings.
- Reserved space will be available 15 minutes prior to the party start time stated on your request; you are responsible for your own setup.
- Groups must cleanup and exit the building within 15 minutes of the end time on your request, unless additional time is arranged.
- Cancellations must be made 7 days prior to the party; there maybe a $25 processing fee for any refunds.
- Party date approval is based on space and staff availability.
- No reservations will be held without payment.
- ISD728 facilities are alcohol and tobacco free.
