Start your engines, and get ready to race! In this high-energy RC Car Racing course, kids and teens (age 8+) will learn racing skills and put them to the test on the track. From conquering sharp turns to soaring over jumps, it’s all about speed, strategy, and friendly competition. Bring your own RC car (with instructor approval) or use one provided—then get ready to zoom into action and race to victory!

Get ready for RC Wars—where students become engineers, designers, and racers all in one! Teams will put together their own remote-control vehicles, which they can optionally purchase, then put them to the test in high-speed races and epic head-to-head battles. Students will need to design machines that are faster, stronger, and smarter than the competition—and tough enough to outperform even store-bought RC cars and drones! Camp features land and air races, obstacle courses, challenges, and more as students learn real mechanical and electrical building skills in an energetic, action-packed environment. If you’d like to purchase a drone, please select the payment option that includes “+ optional drone purchase” when registering. *** Registering for a morning and an afternoon class at the same location? Join the "Lunch Bunch!" Community Education will provide a supervised hour between classes for you to enjoy the lunch you brought from home, then will get you to your afternoon class. Lunches should be nut-free and should include a beverage. No resources are available for refrigeration or to heat lunches, so plan accordingly. Parents/Guardians: Please answer "Yes" to the Lunch Bunch question when registering for the morning class. There is no charge, but we need to know who is staying with us for the hour. ***
