Parents/caregivers and children complete the eleven fun, engaging 20-minute online lessons together at home each week. Complete the lessons on your own schedule. Through interactive videos, digital books, and scripted family activities, both parent/caregiver and child learn concrete tools that help them take charge of their emotions and behaviors in a healthy way to create a more joyful and peaceful home. The curriculum is best for families with children age 3-8. Approximately 48 hours after registration, you will receive a welcome email with the course details and login information. An at-home journal will be mailed to the address used during registration.
