Advanced Six Sigma Green Belt

The Advanced Six Sigma Green Belt course is the final component of the Six Sigma Green Belt program, focusing on process improvement and control. Key topics include hypothesis testing, design of experiments, and statistical process control. Participants are expected to apply concepts learned in the Introduction and Intermediate Six Sigma Green Belt courses. The instructor will provide a range of resources, including handouts, spreadsheets, and web links, offering practical tools to support the successful completion of Six Sigma projects.

This course is included in the Six Sigma Green Belt Certificate course.

Prerequisite: Introduction to Six Sigma Green Belt and Intermediate Six Sigma Green Belt

Scott Follett


Scott Follett is an Engineer with many years of experience working with organizations. In addition to working with corporations and other organizations as a Master Blackbelt, he served as an Education Chair and Section Chairman for the American Society for Quality. He has also served as an examiner for the Malcolm Baldrige Award and as a Judge and Senior Examiner for the Arkansas Quality Award. Currently, he is working as a Lean and Six Sigma consultant for several companies as well as teaching Lean and Six Sigma courses.
